In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control plans, conduct process validations, and ensure compliance with international quality standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949. You'll use industry-standard tools like Minitab, JMP, and SAP Quality Management to analyze data and drive continuous improvement.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement quality control plans for new products, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct process validations and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Monitor and analyze quality data using Minitab and JMP to ensure product consistency and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards through regular audits and assessments.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on quality control processes and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in quality control.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering, with a focus on New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) is a plus.
- Proficient in using Minitab, JMP, and SAP Quality Management.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
