As an Inbound Logistics Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods. You'll work closely with our suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, and with our warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the inbound logistics process, ensuring timely and efficient receipt of raw materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage, and picking.
• Work with the production team to ensure smooth flow of materials and finished goods.
• Monitor and report on key logistics metrics, such as lead times, inventory levels, and order accuracy.
• Implement and maintain logistics software, such as SAP or Oracle, to streamline operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and drive continuous improvement in our logistics processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the logistics and manufacturing sectors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inbound logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on manufacturing or similar industries.
• Proven experience with logistics software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, warehouse staff, and production teams.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing and logistics industry in Indonesia is a plus.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
