📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of production schedules and plans.,Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient production processes.,Maintain accurate records of production data and generate reports as required.,Support the production manager in forecasting and inventory management.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.,Assist in the preparation of production documentation and work instructions.,Conduct regular reviews and updates of production plans based on actual performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in production planning or a similar role in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
