As a Mandarin-Speaking Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of our programs, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional student experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage program schedules, including class timings, teacher assignments, and student enrollments.
• Assist in developing and implementing curriculum materials to enhance the learning experience.
• Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to address any concerns or issues.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Assist in the administration of exams and assessments to evaluate student performance.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information using our in-house LMS.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in education to continuously improve our programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools such as Zoom, Google Classroom, or Microsoft Teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
