📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and emergency power systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and failures, ensuring minimal downtime for critical hospital equipment.
• Inspect and test electrical components, such as transformers, motors, and switchgear, to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement upgrades and improvements to the hospital's electrical infrastructure.
• Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on backup generators and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) to ensure reliable power supply during outages.
• Document all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs in accordance with hospital protocols and industry standards.
• Participate in emergency response efforts, including power outage management and equipment failure mitigation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or industrial setting.
• Certification as an Electrical Maintenance Technician (EMT) or equivalent, such as the National Competency Standards (NCS) for Electrical Maintenance Technicians in Indonesia.
• Familiarity with Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure Suite and Siemens' SIMATIC software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations, including IEC and IEEE standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with a strong focus on safety and patient care.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various locations within the hospital campus.
