In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of our operations, from sales and marketing to supply chain management and customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead strategic planning and execution to drive company growth and profitability.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales, marketing, supply chain management, and customer service.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and market expansion.
- Represent the company in industry events and stakeholder meetings.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in general management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry.
- Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and achieving measurable results.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
