🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event sales and account management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Knowledge of event planning software like Cvent or Eventbrite is a plus
- Certification in event sales or project management is a plus
