📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of technology solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and align technology strategies accordingly.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital applications and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Provide thought leadership and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the technology industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and relevant technology certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, SAP Certified Application Associate).
• Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and their integration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
