📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Work with the engineering team to diagnose and resolve system failures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP systems maintenance.
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing codes and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
