🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant or similar role, with a focus on enterprise solutions.
• Certification in ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management frameworks.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and understanding their business needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in a consulting or advisory role is a plus.
