📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and mentor a team of associates to ensure high levels of customer service and sales.
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor sales and inventory levels, and work to meet or exceed targets.
  • Participate in daily and weekly meetings to discuss performance and strategies.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and meets health and safety standards.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the food service industry.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
