🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in event sales and account management
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Knowledge of event planning software like Cvent or Eventbrite is a plus
• Certification in event sales or project management is a plus
