📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, with a focus on product presentation and customer experience.,Implement and monitor marketing strategies to drive sales and promote the store.,Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues to maintain a positive shopping environment.,Work closely with the regional manager to ensure store performance meets company goals.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the store's performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the toy or general merchandise industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
