📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviews, and new hire orientation.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Facilitate employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and wellness programs.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.,Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR processes and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to employee development and well-being.
