Toko Elektronik Citra Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Senior Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly welcome.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer visits and interactions.,Assist in the organization of events and meetings held at the reception area.,Promote the company's products and services to customers and visitors.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the reception area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role in a customer service environment.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.,Familiarity with basic Indonesian language skills is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.,Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
