Design, implement, and maintain Genesys Cloud solutions for telecom and contact center clients.,Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions.,Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of Genesys Cloud implementations.,Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Genesys Cloud environments.,Stay up-to-date with the latest Genesys Cloud features and best practices.,Mentor and train junior team members on Genesys Cloud technologies.,Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud or similar contact center solutions.,Strong understanding of Genesys Cloud architecture, features, and best practices.,Experience with cloud-based solutions and platforms.,Proven track record of successful Genesys Cloud implementations.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
