📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly,Ensure the smooth operation of cash handling processes,Maintain accurate records of all transactions,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies,Train and supervise junior cashiers,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution,Assist in inventory management and stock control

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash handling and customer service roles,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash management software,High school diploma or equivalent,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
