In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various recruitment channels.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and others.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
