📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve targets.,Manage and mentor team members, providing guidance and support for professional growth.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with company objectives.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance employee development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation within the department.,Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to maintain a strong team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record of leading teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and mentor team members.,Proficiency in HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.,Experience in remote management and team coordination.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
