Conduct job analysis to understand the needs of each position.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong candidate database and follow up with potential hires.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
