As an Order Processor at Private Advertiser, you'll be responsible for managing the entire order lifecycle, from initial processing to final delivery. You'll work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure that every order is fulfilled accurately and promptly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently using our in-house order management system.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to orders, providing excellent customer service.
• Update order statuses and track order progress in our system.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and shipping teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all orders and transactions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an Order Processor or similar role in a customer service or e-commerce environment, preferably with 1-3 years of experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues professionally.
• Proficiency in using order management systems and other relevant software tools.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and logistics processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Fluency in English is a plus, but not mandatory as we operate in Indonesian.
