In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office environment, assisting with various administrative tasks, and providing support to our staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain a clean and organized office environment by tidying up desks, filing documents, and disposing of waste appropriately.,Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and making copies.,Support staff by delivering messages, preparing coffee, and maintaining office supplies.,Ensure the office is secure by locking and unlocking doors, and reporting any security concerns.,Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging furniture, setting up AV equipment, and cleaning up after events.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.,Assist with any other tasks as required by the office manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good attention to detail and a neat appearance.,Familiarity with basic office equipment and software is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
