📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and goods.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory management strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor junior supply chain staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record in leading and managing supply chain teams.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations is a plus.
