📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
  • Educate and mentor junior nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the nursing department's strategic plan.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
  • Experience in managing a team of nurses.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Valid nursing license and certification.
