Resto Wati Health Center is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead General Affairs to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our health center, ensuring that all administrative and logistical needs are met. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, record-keeping, and correspondence.,Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure timely and accurate information is available.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure compliance with organizational goals.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Work with the management team to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and healthcare management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare software and tools is a plus.
