📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine the skills, qualifications, and responsibilities required for each position.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance during the recruitment process.,Provide feedback to candidates and assist them in the onboarding process.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process and identify areas for enhancement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and others.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
