📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register or POS system.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and resolving issues.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area, including the cash drawer, receipts, and other supplies.,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions, ensuring proper change is given and records are accurate.,Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling, security, and customer service.,Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting any shortages to the manager.,Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager to support the store's overall success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with basic computer and POS system operations.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
