Link Bay Dinamis is seeking a dedicated Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers, managing our vessels, and maintaining a high level of service. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers on board the vessel.,Manage and maintain the vessel, including its equipment and systems.,Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules.,Handle passenger inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Monitor and report on vessel performance and fuel consumption.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all regulations.,Manage and supervise a team of crew members.,Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization on board the vessel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role.,Valid Captain's license and other relevant maritime certifications.,Proven experience in managing and maintaining vessels.,Excellent knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic maintenance and repair of vessel equipment.

🛠️ Keahlian

Maritime navigation and piloting skills.Knowledge of vessel systems and equipment.Experience with maritime safety and emergency procedures.Ability to manage a team of crew members.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Familiarity with maritime software and tools.
