📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and guidance to achieve branch targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional office.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to ensure optimal performance.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.,Proven experience in managing branch operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.
