📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, benefits, and performance evaluations.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company regulations.,Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees.,Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and support business objectives.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analysis to support decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
