📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.,Schedule and track vehicle usage, ensuring optimal utilization and minimizing downtime.,Monitor and report on driver performance, including safety compliance and adherence to company policies.,Manage and maintain all fleet-related documentation, including maintenance records, fuel logs, and vehicle inspections.,Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and efficient repair and servicing of vehicles.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the Fleet Coordinator in achieving operational goals and objectives.,Participate in fleet-related projects and initiatives as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
