Sunward Pharmaceutical is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Microbiologist to join our Quality Control and Testing team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting microbiological testing and analysis to ensure the safety and efficacy of our pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology and a proven track record in quality control. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct microbiological testing and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality control procedures.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for microbiological testing and analysis.,Perform routine and non-routine microbiological testing, including bacterial, fungal, and yeast identification and enumeration.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update microbiological testing methods and equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Provide technical support and training to junior staff members.,Participate in regulatory inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality control and microbiological testing.,Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, WHO).,Proficiency in microbiological techniques, including culture methods, microscopy, and molecular techniques.,Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and data analysis software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Valid CPMI (Certified Professional in Microbiology and Immunology) or equivalent certification is a plus.
