📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.,Provide information about the hotel facilities, local attractions, and services available.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Manage front desk operations, including reservations, cancellations, and modifications.,Assist with event planning and coordination for meetings and conferences.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Good organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
