📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals,Provide ongoing support and mentoring to employees during and after training,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development,Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement learning initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in using training management systems and software,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools,Strong organizational and time management skills
