The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, managing a team of engineers, and implementing best practices in site maintenance and improvement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the technical aspects of our coffee shops, including equipment maintenance and repairs.,Manage and mentor a team of site engineers, ensuring high standards of work and safety.,Implement and maintain best practices in site maintenance and improvement.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the coffee shops.,Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation for all coffee shop facilities.,Participate in the planning and execution of new coffee shop openings and expansions.,Ensure that all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and functioning optimally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Vocational Education, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and mentoring engineering teams.,Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using technical software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Certifications in relevant technical areas are a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical expertise in HVACelectricalplumbingand other relevant systems.Experience with building automation and control systems.Knowledge of energy management and efficiency practices.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.Experience with project management and coordination.Strong attention to detail and quality control.
