📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Train and develop cashier staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor cash drawer balances and report any discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including cash drawers and transaction registers.,Assist in inventory management by ensuring accurate stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a retail or customer service environment.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.,Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily sales targets.,Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.
