📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Support the HR Manager in organizing and conducting training sessions and workshops.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documents.,Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating with vendors, and managing office supplies.,Provide general support to the HR team in various HR activities and projects.,Maintain a positive and professional image of the company at all times.,Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Fresh graduates or professionals with limited HR experience are welcome to apply.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Proficiency in English is a plus.
