📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations of the branch.,Manage and supervise the team of sales associates and staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Support the Branch Manager in planning and organizing branch events and promotions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all branch activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail operations and sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
