We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Area Manager to join our team at Hokian Joko Tea in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our tea shop and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the tea shop, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure that the tea shop is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming to customers.,Promote our products and services to customers and encourage repeat business.,Manage inventory and ordering to ensure that we always have the freshest and highest quality tea products available.,Work with the Area Manager to develop and implement marketing and sales strategies.,Train and mentor staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable about our products and services and are able to provide excellent customer service.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that the tea shop remains competitive and profitable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 3 years of experience in a management or leadership role in the hospitality or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of tea and tea products, including their preparation and serving.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both customers and staff.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,A valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.,A passion for tea and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
