📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Manage a team of sales associates, providing training and support to ensure high performance.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and well-organized branch, adhering to company standards and regulations.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
